Spoonbill Landing


This was the best shot I got with a spoonbill on the move! The colors on these birds are just beautiful. This shot was taken at Lettuce Lake Park in Tampa.

Nice picture. It almost looks like the Spoonbill is surfing in for a landing. Beautiful color.

Yes, they are that color some are a bit duller then others.

NICE! I had no idea these birds existed in pink. Do they dine on the same shellfish that turn the flamingos pink? Very cool shot.
