Beautiful bird.
Great capture! The osprey population is on the way back up after having been in decline for many years. They never became as endangered as the Bald Eagle, but they are still on the Federal Threatened Species list to my knowledge.

This osprey was hanging out on this branch just yelling at everyone. I wasn't sure why it was in such a mood but it gave me the opp to get the shot.
